In regularly-scheduled weekly sessions, we will celebrate who you are, authentically. Often, our first task is to uncover who that really is--who you are when you are not afraid. With that, we will begin to align you with that person, to catalyze your full blossoming. Of course, we will laugh a lot, as you begin to build your own internal capacity for joy. The result is a sense of confidence in your own thriving, and in your own path.
We can create a structure (or lack of structure) that works for you. This may include more frequent, shorter conversations, or less frequent longer conversations. It may include blocks of time where, if possible we are in the same place, perhaps, walking or hiking as we talk.

Each week, we will provide a simple, accessible practice for you to take on to expand your feeling of aliveness in your life.These could be practicing a different perspective, or tools to identify, access and disempower underlying beliefs that constrict you. It may be a practice to add energy and peace of mind. AL
